How To Order

Payment

We support payment by personal cheque, credit card (using NOCHEX), NOCHEX or PayPal.

If paying by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared.

Delivery

You should expect to receive your order within 7 - 14 days. If there is any reason for delay we will contact you.

All items from puddlepants include free UK postage. This will be by Royal Mail second class.

International Orders

Postage for international orders will be at cost. On receipt of an order from outside the UK, an invoice including the shipping costs will be prepared and sent by e-mail. This invoice will offer the same online payment methods as described above. Any customs charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Refunds

You may return goods unwashed, unworn and in new condition within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. This will be given on receipt of the returned goods. Please contact puddlepants before returning items. We would recommend the use of registered post for returns.

Faulty goods will receive a full refund including return postage.

All personal information submitted to puddlepants is kept in confidence and will not be passed on to any other companies.
